I am the owner and manager of Fleitas Auto Sound and have operated my business
for 10 years. I am located on the other side of the street of the new development directly
in front of it.
I think it is a wonderful addition to this area that needs improvement and will be
good for the stores and businesses.
I am unable to personally attend this meeting because of my mother's failing
health, the recent loss of my father and the fact that 1 am operating the business on my
own.

Dear Sir or Madam:
My name is Griselle Rivera and I am the owner of the used automobile
dealership that currently leases the site of 54-62 Northwest 27th Avenue, Miami, Florida
33125.
My husband and I started this business in 1998 and were very successful
at first. In the past three years however we have seen a decline in our own auto business as well
as those surrounding us. The corner property that once operated as Ramirez Auto Sales recently
sold and there is a brand new residential development coming up in its place.
I am being forced to go out of business because we can no longer make ends
meet. I feel that the proposed residential development Ehden Place will be an improvement
to this area and create more activity and sales to the local merchants.

I have owned my 6usiness in this area for 30 years as a poodle grooming salon in the
6lockd `erectly ne.0 to the liouawad property. For many years I have 6een hoping that new
developments and improvements would come to the area. First we had the Walgreens and
C`US Pharmacies and now we are excited about new residential units that will -improve the
area. I hope others wilt take pride and improve their storefronts and 6uildngs and that the
commissioners wil consider improving the median on 27thAvenue as well -as the demolition of
the condemned 6uilfiing on that 6lock.
