THREE BUILDING CLUSTER DEVELOPMENT RANGING IN HEIGHT FROM
520 FEET TO 604 FEET TO BE COMPRISED OF APPROXIMATELY 1,705
TOTAL MULTIFAMILY RESIDENTIAL UNITS WITH RECREATIONAL
AMENITIES; APPROXIMATELY 95 HOTEL UNITS; APPROXIMATELY 25,000
SQUARE FEET OF RETAIL SPACE; AND APPROXIMATELY 2,085 TOTAL
PARKING SPACES; PROVIDING FOR CERTAIN FLOOR AREA RATIO ("FAR")
BONUSES.
