HomeMy WebLinkAboutText File Report 2City of Miami Text File Report City Hall 3500 Pan American Drive Miami, FL 33133 www.ci.miami.fl.us File ID: 04-00491 Enactment #: R-04-0335 Version: 1 Type: Resolution Introduced: 4/30/04 Status: Passed Enactment Date: 5/27/04 Controlling Body: City Commission A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION ACCEPTING THE BIDS OF MARTIN'S LAMAR UNIFORMS, FOR GROUP 1, (ALTERNATE BID) AND HARRISON UNIFORMS, FOR GROUPS 2 THROUGH 9, FOR THE PROVISION OF UNIFORMS AND ACCESSORIES, FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF POLICE, FOR A ONE-YEAR PERIOD, WITH THE OPTION TO RENEW FOR TWO (2) ADDITIONAL ONE-YEAR PERIODS, AT A FIRST YEAR ANNUAL AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $950,000, SUBJECT TO AN INCREASE OF 4% FOR MARTIN'S LAMAR UNIFORM FOR EACH YEAR THEREAFTER, AND AN INCREASE OF 6% FOR HARRISON UNIFORMS FOR EACH YEAR THEREAFTER; ALLOCATING FUNDS FROM THE DEPARTMENT OF POLICE GENERAL OPERATING BUDGET, ACCOUNT CODE NO. 001000.290201.6.075. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. The bids of Martin's Lamar Uniforms, for Group 1, (alternate bid) and Harrison Uniforms, for Groups 2 through 9, for the provision of uniforms and accessories, for the Department of Police, for a one-year period with the option to renew for two (2) additional one-year periods, at a first year annual amount not to exceed $950,000, is accepted, subject to an increase of 4% for Martin's Lamar Uniform for each year thereafter, and an increase of 6% for Harrison Uniforms for each year thereafter, with funds allocated from the Department of Police General Operating Budget, Account Code No. 001000.290201.6.075.
