NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC
A public hearing will be held by the Commission of the City of Miami, Florida,
on September 8, at 9:00 a.m., in the City Commission Chambers at City Hall,
3500 Pan American Drive, Miami, Florida, for the purpose of replacing members
of the Review Committee to review proposals received in response to the request
for proposals for development of amenities at the Melreese Golf Course, a unified
development project to develop a clubhouse, pro shop, hotel and ancillary related
improvements on approximately 135 acres of city owned property, located at 1802
Northwest 37th Avenue, Miami, Florida.
All interested persons are invited to appear and may be heard concerning this
item. Should any person desire to appeal any decision of the City Commission
with respect to any matter considered at this hearing, that person shall ensure that
a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including all testimony and
evidence upon which any appeal may be based.
In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, persons needing
special accommodations to participate in this proceeding may contact the Office
of the City Clerk at (305) 250-5360 (Voice) no later than two (2) business days
prior to the proceeding or at (305) 250-5472 (TTY) no later than three (3)
business days prior to the proceeding.
