HomeMy WebLinkAboutPublic Notice AdCITY OF MIAMI NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC A public hearing will be held by the City Commission of the City of Miami, Florida on September 8, 2005, at 9:00 a.m., in the City Commission Chambers at City Hall, 3500 Pan American Drive, Miami, Florida, for the purpose of waiving the requirements of obtaining sealed bids for the sole source acquisition of Physio-Control Cardiac Life Support Equipment maintenance service from Medtronic Emergency Response Systems, Inc., on a contract basis for three years beginning October 1, 2005 through September 30, 2008, at an annual amount not to exceed $49,019 for the Department of Fire -Rescue. Inquiries from other potential sources of such a product who feel that they might be able to satisfy the City's requirement for this item may contact Pamela Burns, CPPB, City of Miami Department of Purchasing, at (305) 416-1905. In accordance with the Americans with Disability Act of 1990, persons needing special accommodations to participate in this proceeding may contract the Office of the City Clerk no later than two (2) business days prior to the proceeding at (305) 250-5360.
