BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. The bid of Johnson Controls, Inc., received on July 11, 2005, pursuant to Invitation for Bids No. 04-05-070, for the provision of air conditioning maintenance and repair services, for the Department of Police, on an as -needed basis, for various Police Department facilities, for an initial two-year period with the option to extend for three (3) additional one-year periods, in an annual amount not to exceed $67,000, for a total contract amount not to exceed $335,000, is accepted, with funds allocated from the Police General Operating Budget, Account Code No. 001000.290201.6.670. Section 2. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption and signature of the Mayor.{1} APPROVED AS TO FORM AND CO' "ECTNESS:t' Footnotes: (1 } If the Mayor does not sign this Resolution, it shall become effective at the end of ten calendar days from the date it was passed and adopted.
