OVERLAY DISTRICT, F.A.R. OF 2.8, FOR THE PROPERTIES LOCATED AT APPROXIMATELY 1400-1500 NORTHWEST NORTH RIVER DRIVE, LEGALLY DESCRIBED AS EXHIBIT "A" (HEREBY ATTACHED), PUBLIC RECORDS OF MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, FLORIDA; ZONED 0 OFFICE.
