The MRC unanimously found the mixed -use development to be consistent with the Miami River Corridor Urban Infall Plan and the Miami River Greenway Action Plan, as it features a fifty -foot setback from the shoreline, including a publicly accessible 20-foot wide Riverwalk, consisting of a 16 foot wide unobstructed pedestrian path and a 4 foot wide passive zone for landscaping, decorative lighting, benches way - finding signage, historical markers and other amenities.
