A RESOLUTION OF THE ZONING BOARD DENYING THE APPEAL BY ELVIS CRUZ AND
AFFIRMING THE DECISION OF THE PLANNING DIRECTOR OF THE OF THE CLASS II
SPECIAL PERMIT APPLICATION NO. 05-0028, APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS BY THE
PLANNING DIRECTOR ON FEBRUARY 11, 2005, FOR NEW CONSTRUCTION (MILEBELLA)
FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT APPROXIMATELY 6151 BISCAYNE BOULEVARD,
LEGALLY DESCRIBED AS EXHIBIT "A" (HEREBY ATTACHED), PUBLIC RECORDS OF
MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, FLORIDA; ZONED C-1 RESTRICTED COMMERCIAL AND R-3
MULTIFAMILY MEDIUM -DENSITY RESIDENTIAL WITH AN SD-9 BISCAYNE BOULEVARD
NORTH OVERLAY DISTRICT. THE DENIAL OF THIS APPEAL WAS BASED ON THE CLASS
II SPECIAL PERMIT APPLICATION WITH SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS AND THE EVIDENCE
PRESENTED AT THE ZONING BOARD HEARING.
