Articles 13 and 17 of Zoning Ordinance No. 11000,
as amended, for the Ocean Palace Project located
at approximately 850 NW Le Jeune Road, Miami,
Florida, to be comprised of 400 total multifamily
residential units, 8,600 square feet of ground level
retail space, and approximately 809 total parking
spaces.
Approval with conditions.
