HomeMy WebLinkAboutExhibit 3Attachment B Management and Operations Plan :449225-5 Operations and Management Plan Operating Hours: The Concessionaire plans to be open for business during the following operatng hours: 9:00 a.m. to [ 1:00 p.m. - Sunday. through Wednesday 9: 00 a.m. to [2:00 a.m. - Thursday through Saturday Concessionaire's staff will arrive approximately one (l) hour prior to opening to prepare the artraction and perform the daily -required safety inspections. After closing, the staff will regain on property until the balloon has been properly secured and tied down and all systems have been shut down according to the manufacturer's operations manual. The ticket booth will be locked for the night and a security guard may remain on the premises during off hours. Concessionaire plans to have the following staff: • Shift Manager • Ground Ride Conductor • Balloon Operator/Guide • Ticket; agent Positions: Shift Manager: The Shift Manager will be responsible for managing the staff of the Miami SkyLift on site. He will be the point person for ail patrons of the Miami SkyLift. Ground Operator: The Balloon Operator will be responsible for the control and technical aspects regarding the ascent and descent of the balloon from below. Balloon Operator: The Balloon Operator will be responsible for the technical aspects regarding the ascent and descent of the balloon in the gondola, in addition to serving as the "tour guide," who will point out landmarks and provide information about the greater Miami area. Ticket Agent: The Ticket Agent will be responsible for all ticket sales on location. The Operations and Management Plan remains subject to change.
