A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION AMENDING RESOLUTION
NO. 02-618, ADOPTED JUNE 13, 2002, FOR THE PROVISION OF CITY-WIDE LOT
CLEARING SERVICES FOR THE OFFICE OF NEIGHBORHOOD ENHANCEMENT
TEAM (NET), ON AN AS -NEEDED CONTRACT BASIS, TO REFLECT THE
CORRECT OPTION TO RENEW CONTRACT TERM FROM A ONE-YEAR TERM
WITH TWO (2) ADDITIONAL ONE-YEAR PERIODS, TO A ONE-YEAR TERM WITH
THREE (3) ADDITIONAL ONE-YEAR PERIODS; AMENDING SAID RESOLUTION
TO REFLECT THE CORRECT LANGUAGE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Resolution No. 02-618, adopted June 13, 2002, is amended in the following
particulars:{1}

Section 2. The establishment of a qualified list of twenty-three vendors, as more
particularly set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto, for the provision of City-wide lot
clearing services for the Office of Neighborhood Enhancement Team (NET), on an
as -needed contract basis, for a period of one year, with the option to renew for two
three additional one-year periods, in a total annual amount not to exceed $350,000,
is approved, with funds allocated from the Community Development 27th and 28th
year block grants, Account Code No. 799135.452709.6.340 for the first year and
subject to availability and allocation of funds for subsequent contract periods.

Section 2. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption and signature of
the Mayor.{2}

{2} If the Mayor does not sign this Resolution, it shall become effective at the end of ten calendar

effective immediately upon override of the veto by the City Commission.
