Delaware corporation,' with its principal place of business located in Greenville,
South Carolina, is the only source of the enterprise asset ,management software
product known .as Datastream 7iTa and MP2T". in the United States and Canada.
Datastream is the developer of Datastream lin' and MPw"" software and owns all
proprietary rights thereto. As well, Datastream Systems, Inc. is the only
company who provides Tech Support to its products.
