Subject: A resolution accepting the proposed plat of BARNARD-PENT SUBDIVISION, which is
located on the North side of Orange Street between Matilda Street and Virginia Street.
Purpose of Item:
The purpose is for the City Commission to adopt a resolution accepting the plat of BARNARD-PENT
SUBDIVISION and approving recording the same in the Public Records of Miami -Dade County,
Florida.
Background Information:
The Department of Public Works has reviewed this plat and has determined that it is now in order for
acceptance by the City Commission. The specific intent of this Plat is to create two (2) lots for the
construction of a duplex on each lot.
The proposed record plat entitled BARNARD-PENT SUBDIVISION is a replat of the property
described in the attached Legal Description. The area platted consists of two (2) lots containing
approximately 12,754 square feet (0.29 (more or less) of an acre). It is zoned R-2.
