DIRECTING THE CITY CLERK TO TRANSMIT CERTIFIED COPIES OF THIS ORDINANCE TO
THE MIAMI-DADE COUNTY MANAGER AND ELECTIONS SUPERVISOR; CONTAINING A
REPEALER PROVISION, A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE, AND PROVIDING FOR AN IMMEDIATE
EFFECTIVE DATE.
