A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION, WITH ATTACHMENT(S),
ALLOCATING 31ST YEAR COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT
("CDBG") PROGRAM FUNDS, IN THE AMOUNT OF $9,398,140, AND FUTURE PROGRAM
INCOME FUNDS, IN THE AMOUNT OF $1,000,000, FOR A TOTAL ALLOCATION OF
$10,398,140, FOR THE 31ST PROGRAM YEAR BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 2005, AS
SPECIFIED ON "ATTACHMENT A," ATTACHED AND INCORPORATED
Background Information:
• federal regulations require the City of Miami ("City") to provide an opportunity for citizen
participation in the planning process for the United States Department of Housing and Urban
Development ("HUD") related grant activities
• public hearings were held in the City Commission Districts to solicit public participation in the
planning process for the City's HUD related grant activities;
• the public hearings were duly advertised to provide public notice regarding the proposed use of said
grants funds.
