Consideration of an ordinance amending Ordinance
No. 11000, as amended, the Zoning Ordinance of
the City of Miami, by amending Article 9, Section
906 of the Zoning Ordinance, in order to modify the
requirements concerning Home Occupations to add
certain Special Districts; containing a repealer
provision, a severability clause and providing for an
effective date.
Approval.
The proposed amendment is a follow up to a recent
amendment in order to allow greater flexibility in
home occupation uses located within residences in
nonresidential zoning districts. This specific
amendment adds the SD-16 and SD-27 Districts
(Southeast Overtown/Park West and Midtown) to
the other special districts where expanded home
occupations are now allowed.
