Sufficiency Letter— W.O. # 88
Via Fax and US Mail
Dear Ms. Medina:
Subsequent to our November 23`3, 2004 review comments for the subject project, we have
received a formal response on January 4th, 2005 prepared by David Plummer and Associates
inc. (DPA). Upon reviewing the response we found that comment #'s 1 and 4 were not
addressed correctly. We spoke with Ms. Sonia Shreffier-Bogart on January 4th and March 29th
2005 and informed her of the omissions. In response, we have received another letter (Fax)
from DPA on March 29th 2005 addressing the comments that were omitted earlier. Photocopies
of the response letters are attached herewith.
At this time, we conclude that the formal response to comments along with the original traffic
study meets all the traffic requirements and is found to be sufficient. Please note the report
does not provide any information regarding delivery vehicle maneuverability within the project
site. However, as this project progresses through the review process, the applicant must submit
an acceptable site circulation plan for approval by the City staff.
Should you have any questions, please cal! Quazi Masood or me at 954.739.1881.
