Dear Ms. Dougherty:
This letter serves to advise you that Greenberg Traurig, P.A., as legal counsel for
Downtown Associates LLC, a Florida limited liability company, is authorized to file with
the City of Miami a Major Use Special Permit application for the property located at S.
Miami and SE 2nd Street, Miami, Florida. This property is subject to a purchase and sale
contract between the undersigned owner of the property, 1225 S.W. 8th St., Property
Inc., a Florida corporation, as seller, and Downtown Associates LLC, as purchaser.
This authorization is granted with the understanding that Downtown Associates
LLC will be responsible for paying all application fees and other costs associated with
the MUSP application, including all legal and professional fees.
