On behalf of Downtown Associates, LLC, contract purchaser and 1225 SW 8 St Property,
Inc. owner, we are submitting a Major Use Special Permit ("MUSP") application for approval of
a mixed use residential project which consists of 430 residential units, 91 live/work units 207
condominium/hotel units, 194 hotel units, and 1,459 parking spaces, per Article 17, Section 1706 and
Section 2215 of the Zoning Ordinance
