Ganguzza offered the following resolution and moved its adoption Resolution: AFTER CONSIDERING THE FACTORS SET FORTH IN ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 11000, THE ZONING BOARD RECOMMENDED DENIAL TO THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE OFFICIAL VACATION AND CLOSURE OF A PORTION OF A RIGHT-OF-WAY LOCATED EAST OF SOUTHWEST lsi COURT BETWEEN SOUTHWEST 12TH STREET AND SOUTHWEST 13TH STREET, LEGALLY DESCRIBED AS EXHIBIT "A" (HEREBY ATTACHED), PUBLIC RECORDS OF MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, FLORIDA; ZONED 0 OFFICE AND R-4 MULTIFAMILY HIGH -DENSITY RESIDENTIAL.
