APPROXIMATELY 143 TOTAL MULTIFAMILY RESIDENTIAL UNITS WITH
RECREATIONAL AMENITIES; APPROXIMATELY 19,839 SQ. FT. OF OFFICE
SPACE; APPROXIMATELY 16,310 SQUARE FEET OF RETAIL AN❑
RESTAURANT SPACE; AND APPROXIMATELY 342 TOTAL PARKING
SPACES, INCLUDING TANDEM SPACES; PROVIDING FOR CERTAIN
FLOOR AREA RATIO ("FAR") BONUSES.
