(herein "Vendor") has entered into Master Agreement No. with (herein "Master Agreement") to provide Office and Stationery Supplies and Equipment, School Supplies, Computer Equipment and Supplies, Furniture, and Related Services (herein "Products"). B. Master Agreement, through the U.S. Communities Government Purchasing Alliance, provides that other public agencies may purchase Products on the same terms, conditions and pricing as , subject to any applicable local purchasing ordinances and the laws of the State of purchase.
