A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION ACCEPTING THE BID OF
ENVIRONMENTAL PRODUCTS OF FLORIDA, RECEIVED ON MARCH 23, 2005,
PURSUANT TO INVITATION FOR BIDS NO. 04-05-025, FOR THE PURCHASE OF
SIX (6) ELGIN PELICAN SE STREET SWEEPERS, FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF
SOLID WASTE, FORA TOTAL CONTRACT AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $726,420;
ALLOCATING FUNDS FROM CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO.
353018.329401.6.840-B73205.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The bid of Environmental Products of Florida, received on March 23, 2005, pursuant to
Invitation for Bids No. 04-05-025, for the purchase of six (6) Elgin Pelican SE Street Sweepers, for
the Department of Solid Waste, for a total contract amount not to exceed $726,420, is accepted, with
funds allocated from Capital Improvement Project No. 353018.329401.6.840-B73205.
Section 2. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption and the
signature of the Mayor.{1}
Footnotes:
{1} If the Mayor does not sign this Resolution, it shall become effective at the end of ten calendar
days from the date it was passed and adopted. If the Mayor vetoes this Resolution, it shall become
effective immediately upon override of the veto by the City Commission.
