Subject: A resolution accepting the proposed plat of VIA TUTTLE SUBDIVISION, which is located
along NE 37 Street and NE 38 Street between Federal Highway and Biscayne Boulevard.
Purpose of Item:
The purpose is for the City Commission to adopt a resolution accepting the plat of VIA TUTTLE
SUBDIVISION and approving recording the same in the Public Records of Miami -Dade County,
Florida.
Background Information:
The Department Public Works has reviewed this plat and has determined that it is now in order for 1
acceptance by the City Commission. The specific intent of this Plat is to create two (2) tracts of land
for future commercial development.
The proposed record plat entitled VIA TUTTLE SUBDIVISION, which includes the closure and
vacation of an alley confirmed by City Commission Resolution No. 02-752, is a replat of the property
described in the attached Legal Description. The area platted consists of two (2) tracts of land
containing approximately 85,333 square feet (1.86 (more or less) acres. It is zoned SD-8.
