Please allow this letter to confirm that ThyssenKrupp Elevator is the only company that
can provide critical spare parts proprietary hardware and its copyrighted software, all the
technical data and special measure equipment you need to the equipment, and will
assume all responsibilities for defective materials and can defend themselves and the
City against accident claims as an original equipment manufacture. ThyssenKrupp
Elevator Is the only authorized equipment manufacture and the sole source provider for
genuine original equipment manufactures parts; proprietary software and hardware for
the microprocessor and solid-state base equipment, and factory authorized service and
repairs in the area for the ThyssenKrupp Elevators.
