Subject: A resolution accepting twenty-seven (27) deeds of dedication, located at various locations
throughout the City of Miami.
Purpose of Item:
The purpose is for the City Commission to adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager to accept
twenty-seven (27) Deeds of Dedication for highway purposes and approving and authorizing the
recordation of said deeds in the Public Records of Miami Dade County, Florida
Background Information:
The Department of Public Works, through its continued efforts to secure dedications of needed public
right-of-way for future widening of City streets, has received twenty-seven (27) deeds of dedication:
eight (8) warranty deeds, and nineteen (19) right-of-way deeds.
The Department has reviewed these deeds, and has determined that they are now in order for
acceptance by the City Commission.
