Purpose of Item: The purpose is for the City Commission to adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager to accept twenty-seven (27) Deeds of Dedication for highway purposes and approving and authorizing the recordation of said deeds in the Public Records of Miami Dade County, Florida Background Information: The Department of Public Works, through its continued efforts to secure dedications of needed public right-of-way for future widening of City streets, has received twenty-seven (27) deeds of dedication: eight (8) warranty deeds, and nineteen (19) right-of-way deeds. The Department has reviewed these deeds, and has determined that they are now in order for acceptance by the City Commission. Budget Impact Analysis NO Is this item related to revenue?
