WITNESSETH, that the said party of the first part, for and in consideration of the
sum of ONE DOLLAR ($1,00) and other good and valuable considerations to it in hand paid
by the party of .the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has
granted, bargained and sold to the said party of the second part, its successors and

EXHIBIT "A"
Those portions of the South 50 feet of Lots 13, 14 and 15, of Block A, of
GLENDALE PARK, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 2,
Page 80, of the Public Records of Miami -Dade County, Florida, being more
particularly described as follows:
The South 10 feet of the said South 50 feet of Lots 13, 14 and 15;
The Wet 10 feet of the said South 50 feet of Lot 13;
and
The external area of a circular curve lying within said South 50 feet of Lot
13, being concave to the Northeast and having a radius of 25,00 feet, a
central angle of 90° 08' 12", an arc of 39.33 feet, and tangents which are
25.00 feet East of and parallel with the centerline of NW 19 Avenue and 25
