part, and the CITY OF MIAMI, a, Florida municipal. corporation, P. 0. Box 330708, Coconut
Grove Station, Miami, 33233-0708, of the County of Miami -Dade, in the State of Florida,
party of the second part.
WITNESSETH, that the said party of the first part, for and in consideration of the
sum of ONE DOLLAR (51.001and other good and valuable considerations to it in hand paid
by the party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has
granted, bargained and sold to the said party of the second part, its successors. In
interest, for the purpose of a public highway and/or road and purposes incidental
thereto, all right, title, interest, claim or demand of the party of the first part, in and to
the following described land, situate, lying and being in the County of Miami -Dade and
State .of Florida, to wit:
See attached Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof.
And the said party of the first part does hereby fully warrant the title to said land,
and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
It is the intention of the parties hereto by this instrument to convey to party of
the second part, and its successors in interest, the land herein described for use as a
public right of way.

That portion of Lot 29, Block 3, JACKSON PEACOCKS SUBDIVISION, according
to the plat thereof, as recorded in' Plat Book 3, at Page 18, of the Public
Records of Miami -Dade County, Florida, being more particularly described as
follows:
That part of said Lot 29 lying East of the City of Miami; Florida, base building
line along the West side of Allamanda Street, said base building line being
25.00 feet West of and parallel with the centerline of Allamanda Street and
also being 8.71 feet West of the Southeast corner and 8.72 feet West of the
Northeast corner of said Lot 29 as measured along the South line and the
North line of said Lot 29 respectively.
Said portion containing. approximately 436 square feet.
