33135, party of the first part, and the CITY OF MIAMI, a Florida municipal corporation,
P. O. Box 330708, Coconut Grove Station, Miami 33233-0708, of the County of Miami -
Dade, in the State of Florida, party of the second part.
WITNESSETH that the said party of the first part, for and in consideration of the
sum of. ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) and other good, and valuable consideration to it in hand
paid by the party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has
granted, bargained and sold to the said party of the second part, its successors in
interest, for the purpose of a public highway and/or road and purposes incidental
thereto, all right, title, interest, claim or demand of the party 'of the first part, 'in and to the
following described land, situate, lying and being in the County of Miami -Dade and State
of Florida,.to wit:

And the said party of the first part does hereby fully warrant the title to said land,
and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.

second part, and its successors in interest, the land herein described for use as a public
right of way.

That portion of Lots 16 and 17, Block 1, WEST HAVEN SUBDIVISION,
according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 95, of the
Public Records of Miami -Dade County, Florida, being more particularly
described as follows:
The external area of a circular curve, contained within said Lot 16, being
concave to the Northwest, having a radius of 25.00 feet, a central angle of
89° 39' 25", an arc length of 39.12 feet and being tangent to the South and
East lines of said Lot 16.
Said portion containing approximately 133.3 square feet.
