Purpose:
This will change the above properties to C-1 Restricted Commercial with an SD-20/SD-
20.1 Edgewater Overlay District and SD-19 Designated F.A.R. Overlay District with an
F.A.R. of 2.4 for the proposed Paramount at Edgewater Square Major Use Special
Permit.
