Copy of the response letter is attached herewith. We have reviewed the revised study and conclude that all issues raised in the original review comments have been adequately addressed and the traffic impact report is found to be sufficient. Please note the report does not provide any information regarding delivery vehicle maneuverability within the project site. However, as this project progresses through the review process, the applicant must submit an acceptable site circulation plan for approval by the City staff.
