Sufficient Letter — W.D. # 78
Via Fax and US Mali
Dear Ms. Medina:
Subsequent to our September 13th 2004 review comments for the subject project, we
have received a revised traffic impact report prepared by David Plummer & Associates,
(DPA) with a formal response dated September 28th 2004. Copy of the response
letter is attached herewith.
We have reviewed the revised study and conclude that all issues raised in the original
review comments have been adequately addressed and the traffic impact report is
found to be sufficient. Please note the report does not provide any information
regarding delivery vehicle maneuverability within the project site. However, as this
project progresses through the review process, the applicant must submit an acceptable
site circulation plan for approval by the City staff.
Should you have any questions, please call me or Quazi Masood at 954.739.1881.
