RE: Major Use Special Permit, Rezoning, Land Use and Alley Closure for
property located approximately at 338 NE 21 St, and 2075 Biscayne
Boulevard, Miami, Florida
Dear Ms. Pardo:
This letter serves to advise you that Greenberg, Traurig, as agent for Royal Palm
Miami Holdings, LLC, has the authority to file a Major Use Special Permit ("MUSP"),
Rezoning, and Land Use application as well as an Alley Closure application which will
include two parcels owned by Bacardi USA, Inc. which are located at 338 NE 21 St., and
2075 Biscayne Blvd, Miami, Florida. We understand that these two parcels will be
included with all of the other parcels on the block owned by Royal Palm Miami Holdings,
LLC, for the filing of the MUSP application for approval of a 369 residential unit building
with ground floor retail on Biscayne Boulevard and North Bayshore Drive.
It is my understanding that Royal Palm Miami Holdings, LLC will be paying for all
application fees, as well as for all legal fees earned by Greenberg and that Bacardi
USA, Inc. is not responsible for the payment of any fees or costs associated with the
applications.
