RE: Major Use Special Permit for infinity 2
Dear Sirs:
This letter serves to advise you that the undersigned Infinity at Mickel!, LLC
("Owner), the owner of the property described as Lots 6 (less the north 10' thereof) and
17, Block 95S, Plat Book B, Page 41 located between S.W. 13th and 14Ih Streets,
Miami, Florida ("Property") hereby consents and grants to Infinity II at Mickel', LLC
("Infinity Ili}, the authority to file with the City of Miami a Major Use Special Remit
application, together with the right to select counsel and other appointees of Infinity 11 to
act on behalf of Infinity II in regard to the application, provided that the Owner retains
the right to withdraw its consent to the application and the application at any time for
any reason prior to receiving MUSP approval. I understand that Infinity II has selected
Greenberg, Traurig as counsel for the MUSP process. 11 is also my understanding that
Infinity II will be paying for all applk ation fees, as well as all legal fees earned by
Greenberg, Traurig.

this letter as confinnation that Greenberg Trauziq, as land use coimsel to infinity 11 at Brickell,
LLC, is authorized to file an application seeking a Major use Special Permit with the City of
Miami to permit development of en approximately 901,119 square foot mired-usc project
consisting generally of 645 residential dwelling waits and approxime.ttly 167,00't square feet of
nonresidential space,
This authorization is granted based upon the i pi elentation that Infiniti U at Brickell,
LLC and its affiliates, and not Thirteen Hundred, LLC, will be paying all costs associated with
the application, including all application fees and all legal fees earned by Greenberg Venlig,
