We have reviewed the response letter. A total of eight out of our nine original comments have
been adequately addressed. Please note that, in response to our fourth comment related to
maneuvering of the delivery vehicles, TAP indicates that the project architect would address this
issue as this project progresses through the review process.
We conclude that the traffic impact report is sufficient but as this project progresses through the
review process, the applicant must submit an acceptable site circulation plan and approvedby
the City staff.
