A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION ACCEPTING THE BID OF
BUSCH SYSTEMS INTERNATIONAL, INC., RECEIVED ON FEBRUARY 14, 2005,
PURSUANT TO INVITATION FOR BIDS NO. 04-05-017, FOR THE DEPARTMENT
OF SOLID WASTE, FOR THE PURCHASE OF FOUR THOUSAND EIGHT
HUNDRED (4,800) 18-GALLON RECYCLING BINS, FOR AN INITIAL PERIOD OF
ONE (1) YEAR, WITH THE OPTION TO RENEW FOR TWO (2) ADDITIONAL ONE-
YEAR PERIODS, AT AN ANNUAL AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $23,904, FOR A
TOTAL CONTRACT AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $71,712; ALLOCATING FUNDS
FROMCAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT NO. 353019.329401.6.840.
8E IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMi, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The bid of Busch Systems International, Inc., received on February 14, 2005, pursuant
to Invitation for Bids No. 04-05-017, for the Department of Solid Waste, for the purchase of four
thousand eight hundred (4,800)18-gallon recycling bins, for an initial period of one (1) year, with the
option to renew for two (2) additional one-year periods, at an annual amount not to exceed $23,904, for
a total contract amount not to exceed $71,712, is accepted, with funds allocated from Capital
Improvements Project No. 353019.329401.6.840.
Section 2. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon adoption and signature of tho
