The bid of Busch Systems International, Inc., received on February 14, 2005, pursuant to Invitation for Bids No. 04-05-017, for the Department of Solid Waste, for the purchase of four thousand eight hundred (4,800)18-gallon recycling bins, for an initial period of one (1) year, with the option to renew for two (2) additional one-year periods, at an annual amount not to exceed $23,904, for a total contract amount not to exceed $71,712, is accepted, with funds allocated from Capital Improvements Project No. 353019.329401.6.840. Section 2. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon adoption and signature of tho Mayor.{1 } APPROI( ALTO FORM AND CORRECTNESS JOR CIT Footnotes: {1 } If the Mayordoes not sign this Resolution, it shall become effective at the end of ten calendar days from the date it was passed and adopted.
