A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION APPOINTING CERTAIN
INDIVIDUALS AS MEMBERS OF THE EQUAL OPPORTUNITY ADVISORY
BOARD FOR TERMS AS DESIGNATED HEREIN.

Albena Sumner Vice Chairman Angel Gonzalez
Miriam Urra Vice Chairman Angel Gonzalez
Sam Mason Chairman Joe Sanchez
Section 1. The individuals listed above are hereby appointed as members of the Equal
Opportunity Advisory Board, each to serve an unexpired term ending February 8, 2006, or until the
nominating Commissioner leaves office, whichever occurs first.
Section 2. The attendance requirements in Section 2-886 of the Code of the City of Miami, as
amended, are hereby waived by a four/fifths (4/5) vote of the members of the full City Commission, as
it relates to past absences on record for Miriam Urra and Sam Mason as members of the Equal
Opportunity Advisory Board.

the Mayor's signature nor the City Attorney's review and approval.
