Subject: A resolution accepting the proposed plat of MOON BAY, which is located on the South side of
NE 29 Street between NE 4 Avenue and Biscayne Bay.
Purpose of Item:
The purpose is for the City Commission to adopt a resolution accepting the plat of MOON BAY and
approving recording the same in the Public Records of Miami -Dade County, Florida.
Background Information:
The Department Public Works has reviewed this plat and has determined that it is now in order for
acceptance by the City Commission. The specific intent of this Plat is to create one (1) tract of land
for the construction of a 12-story residential building to consist of 61 units.
The proposed record plat entitled MOON BAY is a subdivision of the property described in the
attached Legal Description. The area platted consists of one (1) tract of land containing
approximately 18,900 square feet (0.43 (more or less) of an acre). It is zoned R-4; SD-20.
