Subject: A resolution accepting the proposed plat of KANE ESTATES, which is located at the
Southerly corner of Alatka Street and Onaway Drive.
Purpose of Item:
The purpose is for the City Commission to adopt a resolution accepting the plat of KANE ESTATES
and approving recording the same in the Public Records of Miami -Dade County, Florida.
Background Information:
The Department Public Works has reviewed this plat and has determined that it is now in order for
acceptance by the City Commission. The specific intent of this Plat is to create two (2) single family
residential lots for the construction of two new houses.
The proposed record plat entitled KANE ESTATES is a replat of the property described in the
attached Legal Description. The area platted consists of two (2) lots containing approximately 14,495
square feet (0.33 (more or less) of an acre). It is zoned R-1.
