Please find enclosed a copy of the Notice of Public Hearing for a resolution
accepting the proposed plat of KANE ESTATES, which is located at the Southerly
corner of Alatka Street and Onaway Drive . This resolution has been scheduled for
the April 14, 2005 City Commission meeting.
We request that you ensure that each of the homeowners associations within the
N/E Coconut Grove NET district receives a copy of this Notice of Public Hearing in
a timely manner.
