REPORT OF PROPOSED RECORD PLAT OF
KANE ESTATES
LOCATED AT THE SOUTHERLY CORNER OF
ALATKA STREET AND ONAWAY DRIVE

The accompanying Plat entitled KANE ESTATES was prepared by Schwebke-Shiskin
and Associates, Inc. It is in correct form for submission to the City Commission and is
forwarded with a recommendation that it be approved.
PERTINENT INFORMATION REGARDING THE PLAT:
(1) The property platted is a subdivision of the property described In the attached
Legal Description. The area platted consists of two (2) lots containing
approximately 14,495 square feet (0.33± of a n acre). It is zoned R-1.
(2) The location of the streets and their widths conform to the standards of the
Department of Public Works of the City of Miami, Florida.
(3) As certified to by Robert F. Jackson, Registered Surveyor and Mapper, this Plat
complies with the plat filing laws of the State of Florida.
(4) The Certificate of Title Examination dated fig-lrl i"y,ZS.-eol1.5""
signed by ei/fl�fl �euz , Attorney, indicates that the fee
simple title to the property platted is correctly vested in Monte E. Kane and Vickie
Kane, and that the Plat has been correctly executed.
(51 The area platted is encumbered by a mortgage and the mortgage holder has
executed the plat and Joined In its dedication.
(6) In accordance with the requirements of Chapters 54 and 55 of the Code of the City
of Miami, Florida, a Cashier's Check, In the amount of $5,102.00 has been tendered
by Monte E. Kane and Vickie Kane, Owners, for the subdivision improvements at
KANE ESTATES. The Cashier's Check will accompany the Agreement between the
City of Miami and Monte E. Kane and Vickie Kane to guarantee the following:
CONSTRUCT APPROXIMATELY 233 SQUARE FEET OF NEW 4-INCH CONCRETE
SIDEWALK (INCLUDING HANDICAP RAMPS)
CONSTRUCT APPROXIMATELY 12 SQUARE FEET OF NEW 6-INCH CONCRETE SIDEWALK
PROVIDE AND PLANT FOUR (4) PINK TRUMPET TREES (TABEBUTA HETEROPHYLLA)
PROVIDE AND INSTALL ONE (1) 6-INCH SANITARY LATERAL AND WYE
(7) The attached Resolution has been prepared for the acceptance of the Plat by the
City Commission of Miami, Florida.
