RECOMMENDATION:
It is respectfully recommended that the City Commission adopt the attached Resolution, with
Attachment(s), authorizing the transfer of closeout Community Development Block Grant
(CDBG) funds in an amount not to exceed $999,297,00 to Southwest Social Services, Inc. in an
amount not to exceed $81,300,00; to CDBG Reserve in an amount not to exceed $300,000.00; to
Allapattah Wynwood Community and Development Center, Inc. in an amount not to exceed
$290,000.00; to St. Alban's Day Nursery, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $50,000.00; to housing
activities to be funded and approved by the Housing & Commercial Loan Committee in the
amount not to exceed $277,997.00.

This Administration is requesting that funds be transferred as specified below:

with cover for the infant facility located at Williams Street.
