Federal regulations governing CDBG and other HUD programs require that a participating jurisdiction provide citizens with reasonable notice of and an opportunity to
comment on any amendments to funding of HUD programs. In addition, the public is advised of the proposed amendment(a) to the funding of the City program(e)
indicated below: 6
1. 'Discussion and Proposed resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute a professional services agreement with Micro Business USA to provide
administrative services for an individual development account program.
2. ' Discussion and Proposed resolution authorizing the conveyance, with parcel reverter provisions, of nine City owned vacant parcels of land, to Habitat for
Humanity of Greater Miami, Inc. for the development of affordable housing opportunities for eligible low and moderate income persons.
