Background Information: The City Commission adopted Resolution 04-0809 at its December 9, 2004 meeting, authorizing the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 4 to the Lease to extend the date of completion of the leasehold improvements until April 30, 2005. Lessee has requested an additional extension to the date of completion of said improvements due to delays encountered with Florida Power and Light in the relocation of the electrical facilities preventing the completion of the drainage system and boatyard facility. Due to the aforesaid reasons, Lessee is requesting to extend the date of completion until September 30, 2005. Budget Impact Analysis NO Is this item related to revenue?
