Background Information: The City has completed plans for the beautification of the Coral way medians between Brickell Avenue and SW 37 Avenue. The enhanced improvements include landscaping and landscaping illumination. Future phases of the Coral Way Beautification project include irrigation. It is now in order for the City of Miami to enter into a Maintenance Memorandum of Agreement between the City of Miami and the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) to maintain those enhanced improvements to be installed under the City's construction project.
