RESIDENTIAL" TO "RESTRICTED COMMERCIAL."

TO THE CITY COMMISSION THAT IF THEY WERE TO CONSIDER A
COVENANT WITH THE COMPANION ZONING REQUEST FOR THE
PROPERTY LOCATED AT APPROXIMATELY 3155 SOUTHWEST 22ND
TERRACE, MIAMI, FLORIDA, THAT SUCH COVENANT SHOULD BE
ACCEPTED AND SHOULD ADDRESS THE FOLLOWING: BUFFERS,
USES, DESIGN REVIEW AND LANDSCAPING,
