The completion of this project will enhance waterway access, eliminate safety hazar vessel owners and the maritime community, as well as minimize damage to the bay bottom an maritime life. Background Information: The waterways of Dinner Key provide access to the Atlantic Intracoastal Waterway, Biscayne B Florida Straits, and the Atlantic Ocean and over 1000 other boaters annually along the Atlantic Intracoastal Waterway in Miami -Dade County.
