A six (6) foot aluminum fence with a gate for pedestrian ingress and egress shall be installed, at the owner's expense, along the southern property line parallel to SW 22nd Terrace. Said fence shall incorporate landscaping on both sides in accordance with a landscape plan, and said plan shall be submitted for approval to the Department of Planning and Zoning prior to the issuance of a building permit SUBMITTED INTO THE PUBLIC RECORD FOR ITEM __e_z_d_ON3-.79-6:
