NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A public hearing will be held by the City Commission of the City of Miami, Florida on
March 24, 2005, at or after 3:00 p.m., at City Hall, located at 3500 Pan American Drive,
Miami, Florida, for the purpose of considering a Resolution creating and declaring the
City Commission of the City of Miami to be the Midtown Community Redevelopment
Agency. The proposed Midtown Community Redevelopment Area is generally described
as approximately 57 acres lying wholly in the City of Miami and bounded by N.E. 36th
Street on the north, N.E. 2nd Avenue on the east, N.E. 29th Street on the south, and North
Miami Avenue on the west.
All interested persons are invited to appear and may be heard concerning these items.
Should any person desire to appeal any decision of the City Commission with respect to
any matter considered at this hearing, that person shall ensure that a verbatim record of
the proceedings is made, including all testimony and evidence upon which any appeal
may be based.
In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, persons needing special
accommodations to participate in this proceeding may contact the Office of the City
