J l 869 A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION APPROVING THE ACQUISITION OF REMOVAL SERVICES FOR DERELICT VESSELS WITHIN THE CITY OF MIAMI WATERWAYS FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF CONFERENCES, CONVENTIONS AND PUBLIC FAC•ZLITIES FROM DOCK AND MARINE CONSTRUCTION, INC. AND BLUE WATER MARINE SERVICES, INC., UNDER EXISTING MIAMI-DADE COUNTY CONTRACT NO. 2550-3/05-OTR-CW, EFFECTIVE THROUGH AUGUST 31, 2002, AND ANY EXTENSIONS, IN AN AGGREGATE AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $68,000; ALLOCATING FUNDS FROM ACCOUNT CODE NO. 110021.350118.340. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. The acquisition of removal services for derelict vessels within the City of Miami waterways for the Department of Conferences, Conventions and Public Facilities from Dock and Marine Construction, Inc. and Blue Water Marine Services, Inc,, under existing Miami -Dade County Contract No. 2550-3/05-QTR-CW, effective through August 31, 2002, and any extensions, in an aggregate amount not to. exceed $68,000, is T CODUCISPOIN OF SEP 1 3- 2001 Pin 01-- 869 � rf approved, with funds allocated from - Accour.: Ccde No. 110021.350118.340.
